Our Response to covid-19
We are closely following the ever-changing news around coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, important safety procedures are being carefully observed for the welfare of our associates. We are currently delivering locally in the Philadelphia area and surrounding suburbs, so you can still send flowers and gifts to your friends and loved ones. We understand the importance of being able to show love and gratitude, especially during these times when personal contact has become more difficult. The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities are our top priority, so we are implementing new protocols and enhanced safety measures:
HEALTH & SAFETY
Employees continue to regularly deep clean high-touch areas with disinfectant to keep our facilities clean and sanitized as recommended by the CDC. In order to keep themselves and others safe, our team members are adhering with proper social distancing at all times.
SERVICES
We’ve adjusted our service for our customers and stepped up our effort to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
For the safety and well-being of our couriers and customers, we are not offering same-day delivery. When we feel that we can safely and responsibly reinstate our same-day service and fully open our facilities, we will update you here.
We have limited the number of guest allowed for our floral design classes and workshops. When we feel that we can safely and responsibly reinstate our extended class size, we will update you here.
DELIVERY
The global impact of COVID-19 is affecting our supply chain and causing a higher frequency of delays from our farms and with our shipping partners. We will continue to work to ensure your delivery arrives on time, but we know some orders will be impacted and advise on allowing for a potential delay. As always customer service is incredibly important and so we will be proactively reaching out to customers regarding any affect.
We will continue to offer free delivery services in our surrounding areas that include, but are not limited to, Jenkintown, Abington, Glenside, Willow Grove & Cheltenham in Pennsylvania. Hand-deliveries outside our surrounding delivery area have temporarily been put on hold. When we feel that we can safely and responsibly reinstate our extended delivery service, we will update you here.
